RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return Period
You may request a return or an exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the conditions listed below.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Free from stains, sweat, perfume or wear
- in their original packaging and condition
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
3. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Items sold as “Final Sale”
- Nutritional supplements that have been opened or unsealed
- Worn or used fitness accessories
- Any product not returned in its original packaging (Exceptions apply in case of manufacturer defects.)
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at: contact@gofitcenter.ch
We will replace the product or provide a refund at no additional cost. Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
5. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at contact@gofitcenter.ch
- Provide your name, order number and your reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the product back to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
- For heavy items (e.g., weights, dumbbells, kettlebells), the return shipping cost may be higher depending on the carrier.
7. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Please note: Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for:
- Color variations
- Sizing issues (for apparel)
- Product defects
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
9. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it must go through the standard return process.
